Our Philosophy

At BlueShift Group of Consultants, we aim to provide exceptional customer service to all of our valued clients. We contribute to the growing industry of energy efficiency and building performance by educating and sharing our knowledge with our clients to promote continued innovation. Our Team

Lisa Kanik, P.Eng., C.E.M, LEED AP | Principal of Greenhalls Sustainable Services Ltd.

Lisa is a results oriented Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer with over nine years of experience in sustainable design, energy performance and facilitation, and over 14 years of experience in the energy industry, including project management, operations, system and facility design, automation, customer service and team leadership. She a professional engineer licenced with APEGA, APEGS, EGBC, PEO, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor and a LEED AP – BD+C.

Soul Harris, P.Eng., M.Sc., CEM, LEED GA | President of Sunrise Sustainable Services Ltd.

Soul has over 11 years of experience in building performance, energy audit, construction design and sustainable projects management as well as water resources engineering.

Soul holds a master’s degree in water engineering and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. She is a registered Professional Engineer with APEGA, has a LEED GA designation, and is currently a Certified Energy Manager and an Energuide certified Energy Advisor. Her work as an energy performance consultant focuses on energy audits, energy code compliance, energy modelling and sustainable building design for residential, multi-residential and commercial buildings.
